Electric bear fence

DanO commented that my bear fence wasn't looking very serious, so I figured I'd clarify things a bit. The fence is electrified, so it's a bit more effective than three strings of twine surrounding the camp. I watched videos of bears walking into bear fences, yelping and running away. Usually, it's enough of a deterrent to keep them out of your camp.
